We deliver Australia wide free of charge, mostly by Australia Post. Delivery times are 5-7 business days from the time of order.

Can't Wait? Collect

If you can't wait for postage, you can come and collect your beautiful item from our head office in Manly NSW. Just send us an email and we will keep your package here to collect. Our address is: Level 1, 11 The Corso, Manly, NSW, Australia, 2095. Email customerservice@universalproviders.com.au

Australia Post

Many lightweight items in addition to small furniture and homewares items are delivered via Australia Post. Please see website for more details: https://auspost.com.au

Couriers and Freight Companies

For larger items that cannot be shipped by Australia Post, we will ship them through one of several freight carriers. Our freight deliveries are to the doorstep and may require a signature upon delivery to acknowledge that the items have been received in good order. Due to liability issues, the customer is responsible for bringing any merchandise into their home. As such, we recommend you have someone available to help you unload, unpack and install your furniture.

Items will be delivered to the address you provided while placing an order. If you provide a PO BOX as the delivery address, we may need to contact you for an alternative delivery address as some of our shipping partners are unable to deliver to a PO BOX. If you are purchasing furniture items, we suggest you provide a street address for delivery.

If, for any reason, our shipping partner is not able to successfully deliver your product(s), they should leave a card with instructions on how to either collect the product(s) directly from our shipping partner (in case of regular parcels) or to re-arrange the delivery (in case of larger items). In these situations, Universal Providers reserves the right to charge you for any additional costs incurred (e.g. shipping and storage) or to cancel the sale contract, in which case, we will fully refund you the net amount (i.e. the amount you paid minus shipping costs or storage costs).

Upon arrival of your boxes, please note any damage to the boxes as well as any damage to the items themselves. If you feel that the damage to an item or a box is too severe, please refuse the package(s). There is no need to refuse all packages if others are in good condition.

In very exceptional cases where delivery may result in unusually high freight charges (including but not limited to, remote delivery), Universal Providers reserves the right to cancel an order. Please contact us first if you'd like to check to see if your location may be subject to unusually high freight charges.
